Work-life balance

To enable a harmonious work-life balance, all branch offices, have 2nd and 4th Saturday also as weekly offs, in addition to Sundays. To further provide respite to employees to effectively handle their personal and professional commitments, employees can opt for 1 day of work from home fortnightly or a continuous 5-days WFH, once in every 6 months. The Head Office has a 5-days work week and also have a Flexi Work schedule, where employees can choose to punch in anytime between 8:00 am to 10:30 am, as long as they complete 9 hours on work.
